Brightness variability is an intrinsic feature of all accreting objects, from interacting binaries with a compact component (cataclysmic variables, dwarf novae, Galactic black holes, etc.) to supermassive accreting systems (quasars, Seyfert nuclei). NGC 4395 is a nearby Sd-type active galaxy with broad optical emission lines and a point-like hard X-ray source. It is often referred to as the nearest and the least luminous Seyfert 1 type AGN.

Last some days the most popular astronomical object for observations on the night sky is the Supernova SN2011dh in the Galaxy M51 (Whirlpool). For first time the Supernova is observed on 01 June 2011 with 14.1 magnitudes (The Galaxy M51 is 8.4 magnitudes, for comparison).

The Bulgarian Novae Search Group discovered second nova for this year in the M31 galaxy (Andromeda). The discovery is made by using R-images of the central region of the galaxy, obtained with the 2m RCC-telescope at NAO Rozhen in the evening of May 29/30.

In the early morning hours of 17 June 2010 Comet C/2009 R1 (McNaught) was slightly above the north-east horizon, in the constellation Perseus. Astronomers in the National astronomical observatory – Rozhen obtained images and spectra of the comet with the 2-meter telescope equipped with the 2-channel focal reducer (FoReRo2). At the same time large scale images were obtained with the 60-cm telescope.
